- Engage in all project phases, including Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA), ensuring seamless project delivery.

- Work semi-independently, managing tasks effectively while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing the organization with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit software for diverse project types, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in preparing Construction Documentation and Administration tasks, contributing to project success.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct research and apply NYC Building Code and Zoning regulations to ensure project compliance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of architectural experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-family projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation processes is essential.
- Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code and Zoning regulations is highly preferred.
- Experience in Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA) phases is required.
- Demonstrated design abilities and creative problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
