Project Manager Overview

Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Project Manager Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture degree is required.
  • Licensed Architect with active registration in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 2 years in project management.
  • Experience managing projects in healthcare and other diverse sectors is essential.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Advantage or Ajera.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Understanding of architectural financial fundamentals and contract terms.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
