Project Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture degree is required.
- Licensed Architect with active registration in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 2 years in project management.
- Experience managing projects in healthcare and other diverse sectors is essential.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Advantage or Ajera.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Understanding of architectural financial fundamentals and contract terms.
