Clinic Manager Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare management.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of payor programs such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Family PACT.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable transportation for travel between clinic facilities.
- Experience in supervisory roles within healthcare settings is preferred.
