Clinic Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Monitor and improve clinic productivity, financial performance, and quality metrics.
• Implement and expand designated patient care services across medical and specialized disciplines.
• Resolve operational issues to prevent disruptions in clinic goals and objectives.
• Manage facility operations, including audit compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and maintain productive partnerships to enhance clinic services.
• Ensure staff credentialing, privileging, and adherence to job duties.
• Prepare and review operational reports to assess clinic performance.

Clinic Manager Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare management.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of payor programs such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Family PACT.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation for travel between clinic facilities.
• Experience in supervisory roles within healthcare settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve operational and financial improvements.
