- The Associate or VP, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead strategic finance efforts for the Insurance Platform.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth initiatives within the insurance and reinsurance sectors.
- Support investment and corporate decisions through advanced financial modeling and capital planning.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track AUM growth, capital deployment, and returns.

Associate or VP, Financial Planning & Analysis Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead strategic finance initiatives for the Insurance and Reinsurance business units.
- Develop long-range financial plans, forecasts, and capital allocation frameworks.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives including M&A, reinsurance transactions, and new product launches.
- Deliver executive-ready presentations and insights for management and board discussions.
- Own financial modeling and scenario analysis for the Insurance Platform.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and capital markets teams to support strategic transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytical processes through automation.
Associate or VP, Financial Planning & Analysis Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy.
- Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance economics and performance metrics.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and decision support.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with enterprise planning tools is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
