• The Associate or VP, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead strategic finance efforts for the Insurance Platform.

Associate or VP, Financial Planning & Analysis Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead strategic finance initiatives for the Insurance and Reinsurance business units.
• Develop long-range financial plans, forecasts, and capital allocation frameworks.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives including M&A, reinsurance transactions, and new product launches.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and insights for management and board discussions.
• Own financial modeling and scenario analysis for the Insurance Platform.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with investment, operations, and capital markets teams to support strategic transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytical processes through automation.

Associate or VP, Financial Planning & Analysis Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy.
• Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance economics and performance metrics.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and decision support.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with enterprise planning tools is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
