HR Generalist Overview

  • The HR Generalist will oversee daily HR functions, ensuring employee satisfaction and organizational alignment with company values and goals.
  • Support recruitment and retention initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment and productivity.

HR Generalist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer HR functions, including maintaining employee data integrity and developing HR procedures.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including job descriptions, recruiting, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including performance reviews, misconduct investigations, and terminations.

HR Generalist Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 4-6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and HR software, with Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent time management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical functions, ensuring operational efficiency.
