• Engage in ground-up construction projects, including tilt-wall, retail, K-12, and medical facilities.
• Contribute to the success of a leading construction firm specializing in worship centers and churches.
• Collaborate with the COO, CEO, and project executives during project planning and execution phases.
• Participate in a team-oriented culture that values collaboration and mutual respect.

Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.
• Coordinate with project managers to align schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project efficiency.
• Implement safety measures and conduct training sessions for site personnel.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Superintendent Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up builds.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate teams effectively.
• Ability to foster collaboration and partnership within project teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
