- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to maintain project alignment and partnership.
- Coordinate with teams on-site to manage resources, schedules, and compliance with safety standards.
- Engage in ground-up construction projects, including tilt-wall, retail, K-12, and medical facilities.
- Contribute to the success of a leading construction firm specializing in worship centers and churches.
- Collaborate with the COO, CEO, and project executives during project planning and execution phases.

Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.
