Executive Assistant Investor Relations Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide primary support to the Global Co-Head of Liquid Credit and Head of ICM US.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate schedules across time zones.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, including investor engagements and team offsites.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and reports for client distribution.
- Maintain CRM systems, update client information, and record meeting notes.
- Organize events, hospitality arrangements, and conference registrations for executives.
- Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgets.
- Undertake special projects and provide backup support to other team members as needed.
Executive Assistant Investor Relations Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and expense management systems.
- Experience in investor relations or client-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into administrative tasks is a plus.
