- The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance organizational performance and drive results.

- Provide expertise in compensation, performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Senior Human Resources Business Partner Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR business partner, generalist, or labor relations roles.
- Experience supporting groups covered by collective bargaining agreements is advantageous.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand strategic people initiatives.
- Exceptional consultation, coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior management.
