Talent Development Specialist Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational effectiveness.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in corporate training, program management, or internal communications.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools; experience with LMS platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with assessment tools like DiSC, Predictive Index, or Hogan preferred.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
