Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform reconciliations for key accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and timeliness.
• Collaborate with financial planning teams to provide insights for business decisions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; 5 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
