• The Senior Procurement Analyst will oversee strategic sourcing and procurement processes within the organization, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement lifecycle activities, including vendor management and contract oversight.
• Maintain and optimize vendor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effective sourcing solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Generate operational reports and dashboards to monitor procurement performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and enhance procurement systems for better efficiency.
• Provide training and support to new hires within the procurement team.

Senior Procurement Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft and manage requests for proposals, specifications, and evaluation criteria for vendor sourcing.
• Assist internal stakeholders with procurement requests and ensure timely processing of purchase orders.
• Review and analyze vendor invoices and open purchase orders for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory levels for key materials and supplies, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Support contract management activities, including documentation, routing, and compliance tracking.
• Generate spend analysis reports and track procurement performance metrics.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements in procurement operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address procurement challenges and optimize workflows.

Senior Procurement Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, and advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of SOX requirements, GAAP, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for interacting across functions and levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience in vendor management and contract administration.
• Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments and urgent tasks.
