- The Executive Assistant supports C-Suite leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the Finance department.
- Collaborates with executives, stakeholders, and teams to manage daily operations and strategic initiatives.

- Provides comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.

Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate calendars, travel, and meeting logistics for the CFO, ensuring prioritization and conflict management.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Finance or Legal.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Experience preparing executive materials and supporting leadership communications.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
