- Contribute to maintaining case tracking and awareness using internal docketing systems like E-Dockets.
- Stay updated on rules, regulations, and court procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with offsite vendors and court administration for Federal and State branches.
- Utilize tools like PACER and ECF Filing to manage electronic filings and court-related documentation.
- Conduct online research through court and related websites to support case preparation.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of filings and case updates.
- Leverage knowledge of general office systems and software to streamline operations.
