Overview

  • Lead fund origination efforts as Vice President, focusing on alternative investment vehicles and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with asset managers to structure innovative funds tailored to client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless fund launches from concept to execution.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials supporting fund origination and lifecycle activities.
  • Engage with Legal and Compliance teams to secure necessary approvals for fund initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic projects enhancing service offerings and fund origination processes.
  • Provide leadership in product management decisions for existing funds on the menu.
  • Shape innovative investment solutions by leveraging expertise in fund structuring and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive collaboration across teams to facilitate efficient and timely fund launches.
  • Partner with asset managers to develop funds meeting client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the creation and refinement of marketing materials for fund lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and approvals.
  • Prepare materials for new fund approvals and oversee launch-related documentation.
  • Shape service offerings by leveraging expertise across multiple fund structures and strategic initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects to enhance fund origination processes and service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product structuring, fund administration, or custodial relationships.
  • Strong expertise in alternative investments, focusing on fund structures and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
