• The UAS Enrollment Remote Nurse will primarily work remotely, with occasional field visits required within their local territory.
• Responsible for meeting prospective members, reviewing NYIA assessments, and creating tasking tools to determine service levels.
• Develop and review Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP) with members prior to enrollment.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program during the first week, conducted on-site.
• Work standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call requirements.

UAS Enrollment Remote Nurse Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective members and assess their needs and eligibility.

UAS Enrollment Remote Nurse Job Requirements
