Project Architect Overview

  • The Project Architect will oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and client requirements.

Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

Project Architect Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and sustainable design practices preferred.
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure is highly desirable.
  • Experience in municipal, higher education, and public library projects is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable architectural principles.
