Human Resources Director Overview

  • The Human Resources Director will oversee HR functions and act as a strategic partner to the CEO in a dynamic energy and transportation company.
  • Lead organizational initiatives, improve processes, and enhance accountability within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and compliance frameworks.
  • Support organizational growth through strategic projects, including acquisitions and new location development.
  • Act as Chief of Staff, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring leadership priorities are executed effectively.
