Temporary Project Resource Overview
- The Temporary Project Resource will support a complex asset transfer project involving trusts and investment documentation.
- Assist the investment team with administrative and documentation tasks related to asset transfers.
- Execute high-volume, detail-oriented tasks to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
- Collaborate remotely with the investment team and FBFO Operations for guidance and approvals.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and financial information.

Temporary Project Resource Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and track 40-60 asset transfer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare transfer agreements, subscription documents, and investor certifications.
- Compile KYC/AML documentation packages tailored to manager specifications.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive tracker outlining progress and next steps.
- Review requirements from fund managers and track follow-up items across workflows.
- Escalate document questions and coordinate next steps with investment team and FBFO Ops.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in handling detailed, process-driven documentation tasks.
- Maintain discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
Temporary Project Resource Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience; 7 years preferred in relevant roles.
- Paralegal experience or familiarity with trusts and estate planning documents preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or similar tools for project tracking.
- Experience in financial services, family office, or legal services beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills required.
