Executive Assistant Overview

  • The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to Co-CEOs, ensuring seamless management of schedules, travel, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate investor relations activities, including meetings, roadshows, and communication tracking for relationship management.
  • Oversee office management duties, ensuring efficient operations, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
  • Plan and execute events such as team gatherings, offsites, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Maintain website content, including team bios and headshots, ensuring accuracy and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT for employee equipment needs, including onboarding and technical support.
  • Act as a proactive partner, anticipating needs and delivering solutions with attention to detail.
  • Foster positive energy and professional vibes within the organization.

Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage Co-CEOs’ calendars, integrating work and personal schedules while maintaining architecture for focus and preparation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring alignment with preferences and budget, and deliver comprehensive itineraries.
  • Support investor relations by organizing meetings, tracking communications, and identifying engagement opportunities.
  • Supervise office management tasks, including guest reception, conference setup, and supply maintenance.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, demonstrating foundational knowledge for the role.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive assistance, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee office management and event planning responsibilities.
