Office Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage inventory of snacks, beverages, and office supplies, ensuring timely restocking and organization.
- Coordinate catering services and event setups, including breakdown and equipment maintenance.
- Provide basic audio-video support and assist with meeting space arrangements and resets.
- Handle mail processing, UPS shipping, and electronic mailbox user requests efficiently.
- Print and prepare reports, presentations, and event materials as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries, café bars, and storage areas.
- Perform administrative duties assigned by the Office Services Manager or Market Leader.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lifting up to 30 lbs when necessary.
Office Assistant Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required for the role.
- Minimum of one year of corporate office experience, preferably in office services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with adaptability for diverse audiences.
