Women and Infants Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide direct patient care utilizing advanced nursing practices within Women and Infants services.

Women and Infants Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant certifications including NRP and ACLS.
• Minimum of 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a nursing fellowship program.
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Strong knowledge of AWHONN and AACN practice standards and certifications.
• Commitment to professional growth through clinical ladders and specialized training programs.
• Experience in academic medical centers or Magnet-designated hospitals is preferred.
