Expense Processing Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process and monitor credit card transactions, including authorizations, captures, and settlements.
- Research and resolve charge code discrepancies, ensuring accurate reconciliation to monthly statements.
- Prepare specialized reports and analyses to support audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to compliance standards.

Expense Processing Specialist Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; Associate's degree acceptable with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in travel desk operations; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with credit card portal functionality and card processing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
