Business Development Analyst Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, AI tools, and sales productivity platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset and proven track record.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
