- Provide administrative support for HR-related events and logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
- Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance HR operations and efficiency.
Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Post job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate travel arrangements.
- Process new hires in Workday, manage background checks, and send onboarding communications.
- Track and process employee referrals, ensuring accurate bonus payments and streamlined procedures.
- Support talent management initiatives, including talent profile updates and assessment processes.
- Coordinate training programs, track compliance training, and facilitate mentoring programs.
- Assist in HR-related documentation, including Forms I-9 and employment verification requests.
- Manage event logistics for recruitment, diversity, and other organizational events.
- Provide reporting and metrics support to improve HR processes and communication.
Recruiting Coordinator Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or project coordination; 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Google Suite, Coupa, and SAP.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with professionalism.
- Experience in managing recruitment operations and enhancing candidate experience.
