Financial Analyst Overview
- The Financial Analyst will support accounting, reporting, and payment processes for timely and accurate financial and artist reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare artist statements, financial reports, and cost trackers for effective analysis.
- Assist in month-end close processes, including data reconciliation and updating financial schedules.
- Manage invoicing processes for artist tour merchandise, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
- Maintain financial coding lists for merchandise business and assist with invoice coding.
- Process high-volume payments and billings for artists, vendors, and customers promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate vendor setup and maintenance, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies in all administrative tasks.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required by the department.
Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and analyze financial data for artist statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in month-end close activities, including report generation and data reconciliation.

- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
Financial Analyst Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions for data analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, and Concur is preferred.
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive payments and billing processes.
- Knowledge of financial controls and compliance with company policies.
- Capability to handle vendor setup and maintenance efficiently.
- Flexibility to support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
