Job Description
Duties:
- Ensure daily cleanliness of all office areas, including bathrooms and pantries.
- Conduct routine inspections of floors, corridors, carpets, walls, lighting, and other maintenance areas, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Fulfill facilities-related requests in a timely manner.
- Perform light carpentry tasks, such as assembling/disassembling shelving, file cabinets, and furniture.
- Collaborate with the Facilities department and other service teams.
- Distribute and move boxes as needed.
- Prepare offices for moves and visiting attorneys.
- Assist with conference room setups for daily and special events.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of facilities coordination
- High School diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
