Responsibilities:
- Handle the process of getting and renewing contracts with airlines, hotels, car services, and trains to make sure the company gets the best rates.
- Look for ways to improve the company’s travel services.
- Review travel costs and report insights to senior management.
- Spot inefficient travel habits and suggest changes that align with the company’s goals.
- Create and apply travel policies, procedures, and training for employees.
- Answer travel-related questions and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with vendors, coworkers, and management.
- Able to manage tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with travel and expense management processes.
- Willingness to handle travel issues outside regular work hours.
