Duties:
- Develop and improve pipeline strategies to target new talent
- Process candidates and conduct interviews to identify potential hires
- Participate in on-boarding new candidates
- Help ensure smooth communications across various departments
- Assist with any projects or events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize projects efficiently
