Job Description
Duties:
- Screen and recruit candidates from various sources
- Assist with managing large database of candidates
- Help manage flow of communications, including managing emails, fax, correspondences, etc.
- Assist recruiters with research and other ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience working a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Good ability to work independently and collaboratively
