Job Description

Duties: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for all matters related to HR 
  • Assist HR with candidate vetting, interview scheduling, and onboarding  
  • Facilitate background checks for new hires 
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientations 
  • Process payroll and assist with employee compensation and benefits 
  • Maintain employee records, including PTO and sick leaves 
  • Write and distribute reports on general HR activities 
  • Support the HR manager with the performance review process 
  • Assist with exit interviews and paperwork 
  • Maintains confidentiality of human resource files and records 
  • Assist with planning of special events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • At least 2+ years relevant HR experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
