Duties:
- Answer and direct calls
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, memos, etc.
- Organize and maintain files (both digital and physical)
- Assist with calendar management, including travel, scheduling meetings and events, etc.
- Prepare, process and track expense reports
- Help with any ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
- High school diploma, or GED
- Good organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
