    Midtown-based, legal firm seeks Receptionist, ideally with 2+ years’ experience working in a similar position, to join their team.

Job Description

Duties

  • Answer and direct calls 
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, memos, etc. 
  • Organize and maintain files (both digital and physical) 
  • Assist with calendar management, including travel, scheduling meetings and events, etc. 
  • Prepare, process and track expense reports 
  • Help with any ad hoc projects as requested 

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or GED 
  • Good organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
