Job Description
Duties:
- Answer calls and inquiries from prospective candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and applications
- Assist with job fairs and recruitment events
- Help managers identify various hiring needs
- Visit various locations and meet with managers to develop relationships with placement offices
- Manage and update databases and web listings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years’ recruiting experience in health, human services, or non-profit
- Familiarity with application, resume, and referral systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
