    Midtown-based financial office seeks Receptionist, preferably with 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar role, to join their team on a temporary basis.

Job Description

Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and clients  
  • Answer and direct calls, taking messages when necessary 
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable 
  • Manage and schedule meetings for staff and clients 
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, as well as handling mail, packages, and deliveries 
  • Manage office supplies, ordering and stocking as necessary 
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed 

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
