Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1-2+ years of experience to organize and Excel Spreadsheet to capture kye client data stored in iManage Document & Email Management | iManage Document Management System (DMS) This is a hybrid (3 days in office) temp to hire position.
Responsibilities:
· Transfer and organize client budget & pdf document data from iManage to Excel.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the transfer process.
· Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze budget & document data.
· Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and provide insights.
· Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness.
· Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
· Document processes and maintain data management protocols.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
· Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems is a plus
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Understanding of financial data and budgeting processes.
· Will consider candidates from law, financial and professional service environments.
