Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant based in Miami to support our Co-CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently manage multiple tasks, and seamlessly balance both professional and personal responsibilities. A significant portion of this role will involve personal assistant duties, including care for a dog, so comfort with pet care is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the personal daily activities of the Co-CEO/Founder, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist with a variety of personal tasks outside of the office.
  • Be available on-call every other weekend.
  • Proactively manage all tasks, anticipating the needs and expectations of the CEO through constant communication and regular updates.
  • Oversee personal property management, ensuring the household runs smoothly with the staff meeting expectations and the home stocked and organized, akin to a hotel setting.
  • Provide dog-sitting and pet care as needed.
  • Keep the CEO informed on active projects, emails, mail, and other communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work proactively.
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders is highly preferred.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Highly motivated, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
