Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Overseeing the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks
- Planning for cash spending on projects
- Creating companywide budgets for a fiscal year
- Preparing quarterly, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Leading all forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Monitoring and presenting key performance indicator (KPI) reports regularly
- Training any new employees as necessary in the finance department
- Staying well informed of current market trends and patterns and acting accordingly
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis software
- Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs) are preferred.
