Location and Hours:
This is an onsite role located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. You'll enjoy a stimulating work environment from 8 am to 6 pm, with occasional overtime requirements that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements through our company's travel agency, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, foreign currency, and detailed itineraries.
- Manage scheduling by arranging, confirming, rescheduling, and following up on appointments to ensure efficient time management.
- Handle correspondence by drafting outgoing communications, composing emails, and organizing incoming correspondence.
- Maintain accurate expense reports and provide administrative support for personal needs such as dinner reservations, entertainment bookings, and gift arrangements.
- Utilize your organizational skills to manage business and personal contact databases effectively.
- Perform other day-to-day duties as required, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
- Exceptional time-management abilities with a client-service mindset and a proven track record of handling confidential information discreetly.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required, showcasing your dedication and commitment to achieving goals.
