A leading design-build contractor in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to drive project success.
• Enforce all safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards.
• Manage site logistics, including scheduling, materials procurement, and manpower coordination.
• Coordinate all field staff and travel between various jobsites
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong background in large-scale commercial or industrial projects including data centers, warehouses and offices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore.
• OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid/CPR Certifications
• Ability to travel as needed for project oversight.
