Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Location: Columbus, Ohio

A well-established developer/builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at managing field operations, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project schedules, making adjustments as needed to maintain progress.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, and stakeholders.
• Utilize scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite to track progress and report updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction supervision.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must have experience with slab on grade construction, multi-site and/or wood frame construction at a large scale (200+ units)
