Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Location: Lake Success, fully on-site

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

$65-80K depending on experience!

PTO, Medical Benefits, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize leases, renewals, and assignments.
  • Handle tenant communications, credit checks, and financial paperwork.
  • Assist with building transactions, prepare estoppels, and manage document submissions.
  • Address tenant inquiries, collect arrears, and coordinate payment agreements.
  • Generate reports, manage spreadsheets, and support year-end financial processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including investor letters and insurance renewals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in commercial leasing.
  • Skilled in Excel, Word, Mail Merge, and Dropbox.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Leasing or paralegal experience a plus.
