This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible providing support in HR management, handling employee relations, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, and training and development.
The role also involves for enforcing organizational policies, procedures and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR policies, regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the packaging or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- English/Spanish Bilingual, strongly preferred
