Job Description
Pay: $40-50/hr, could convert to a salaried position in 3-6 months
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6
Hybrid schedule, Tues-Thurs onsite, Mon & Friday remote
Duties:
- Source and interview candidates for positions, recruiting for all levels of restaurant employees.
- Must be comfortable with high-volume recruiting.
- Manage job boards & postings, internet resources, cold calling, networking, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with hiring managers and other executives on feedback.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process on expectations and timeline.
- Administer new hire procedures including checking references, negotiating offers and extending offer letters to selected candidates.
- Maintain records of activity and pipeline of candidates.
Requirements:
- 5 + years of full cycle recruitment experience out of fine-dining restaurants, hospitality or agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good analytical and project management skills.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
