Position Overview:

The Multifamily Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily onsite operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This individual will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to drive successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all onsite construction activities to ensure project success.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and costs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Strong understanding of wood frame and steel frame construction.
• Experience managing large-scale multifamily projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software is a plus.
