Accounts Payable Analyst

Woodbridge, NJ based finance firm seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to handle bill & vendor payments and ensure policy compliance.

Hybrid role – 3 days onsite

Pay $35-38/hr

Temporary role for 4-6 months

Responsibilities

• Review and approve bills and expenses following company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and discrepancies quickly.
• Process forms and documentation.
• Support team members with bill payment administration.
• Prepare vendor payment and client reports as needed.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ of working experience in corporate environment, preferably in financial services.
• Strong organizational, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
