Monday – Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)
2 days in office, 3 days WFH.
Must be willing to occasionally go to Bronx office to assist with New Hire Orientation (once a month).
Requirements for the position, degree, years of experience
Education: Bachelors preferred.
Experience:
– Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project coordination or project management.
– Preferred experience in a healthcare environment.
– Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Typing.
– Proven detailed orientated, time management and organizational skills.
– Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff in the organization.
– Handles highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Support and coordinate various HR projects and activities, including sourcing agency temps and assisting with onboarding and HR compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Coordinate the placement of agency temps with the hiring managers and the agencies.
– Assist the HR team with regular onboarding and HR compliance, such as uploading documents in workday and follow up on annual health assessments and licenses.
– Proficient and experienced PC skills with Microsoft office, dual screens and toggling between multiple systems (6 months or more of computer data entry experience).
– Multitasking ability – able to input data or research information while on the phone with the caller, able to talk and type a must.
– Performs other duties as assigned by HR Compliance Manager or as required.
– An excellent written and verbal communicator who likes to solve problems and connect with people via phone.
