    Commercial Real Estate firm located in Downtown Manhattan seeks a Property Coordinator to support the Property Manager with tenant relations.

Job Description

Onsite Monday-Friday

Hours: $8.30am-5.30pm

Base $58-61k

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of tenant, property, and training events.
  • Manage building signage including directory boards, suite signs, evacuation maps, and restroom signs.
  • Draft and distribute tenant communications and notifications.
  • Assist with lease compliance and tenant obligation tracking.
  • Oversee the collection and renewal of insurance certificates from tenants and vendors.
  • Conduct and support regular property walk-throughs and follow-up on vendor-related issues.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance, especially for janitorial and security services.
  • Process vendor invoices and assist with resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Help prepare tenant billings for HVAC and other miscellaneous services.
  • Process key and access requests; maintain key tracking system.
  • Monitor and follow up on tenant work orders in coordination with engineering.
  • Track and document tenant lease violations.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Strong vendor/tenant relations experience
  • Familiarity with contract management and insurance compliance.
  • Understanding of property operations, accounting, and lease obligations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Yardi a plus.
