Hours: $8.30am-5.30pm
Base $58-61k
Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of tenant, property, and training events.
- Manage building signage including directory boards, suite signs, evacuation maps, and restroom signs.
- Draft and distribute tenant communications and notifications.
- Assist with lease compliance and tenant obligation tracking.
- Oversee the collection and renewal of insurance certificates from tenants and vendors.
- Conduct and support regular property walk-throughs and follow-up on vendor-related issues.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance, especially for janitorial and security services.
- Process vendor invoices and assist with resolving billing discrepancies.
- Help prepare tenant billings for HVAC and other miscellaneous services.
- Process key and access requests; maintain key tracking system.
- Monitor and follow up on tenant work orders in coordination with engineering.
- Track and document tenant lease violations.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- Strong vendor/tenant relations experience
- Familiarity with contract management and insurance compliance.
- Understanding of property operations, accounting, and lease obligations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Yardi a plus.
