Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to financial analysts.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and conference calls, often involving multiple stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and formatting reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Track and manage deadlines and follow-ups on key deliverables.
- Help compile research and background materials as requested by analysts.
- Process expense reports and manage travel arrangements for team members.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies or request IT/technical support as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a professional demeanor.
