You’ll also play a key role in optimizing processes within Workday and driving employee engagement through clear communication and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday benefits module configuration, testing, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related benefits processes, including open enrollment, life event processing, eligibility updates, and reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams (HR, payroll, finance, legal) and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to current benefits programs based on benchmarking, employee feedback, and business needs.
  • Oversee annual open enrollment process and benefits communications strategy.
  • Analyze benefit utilization and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved employee value.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure high-quality service.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefit issues with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, with at least 2 years using Workday (Benefits module experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex benefit concepts in a clear, employee-friendly way.
  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating renewals/contracts preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to shape benefit programs that impact every employee.
  • Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking HR team with strong leadership support.
  • Make a real difference in employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Competitive compensation, great benefits (of course!), and career growth opportunities
