Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud Support Specialist
6 Month contract with potential to extend/convert based on business need and performance
Onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Oracle Integration Cloud Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) applications, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration of Oracle Cloud applications with various systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) technologies, Oracle PaaS databases, and a solid understanding of enterprise application integration concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Integration Support:
o Provide expert support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementations, ensuring integration services are running smoothly.
o Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues in a timely manner.
· System Maintenance & Monitoring:
o Monitor the health of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and proactively identify issues to minimize downtime.
o Perform root cause analysis of integration failures and work with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
o Collaborate with the GTS team and other external partners to resolve escalated issues promptly.
· Migrating Integrations to Production:
o Responsible for moving new integrations to production following the established change management processes.
o Ensure all necessary testing, validation, and documentation are completed before moving integrations to the production environment.
· Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of integration configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for recurring issues.
o Provide regular reports on the status of integrations, system performance, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
· Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
o 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.
o Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) or other enterprise resource planning systems is highly desirable.
· Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including prebuilt adapters, integration patterns, and orchestration techniques.
o Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP), APIs, and integration technologies like SOA Suite, BPEL, and OSB.
o Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud security best practices.
o Knowledge of programming languages and tools such as SQL, Java, JavaScript, and scripting would be beneficial.
o Experience working with Oracle PaaS databases, including the creation and management of tables, indexes, packages, and functions, would be beneficial.
· Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
