A professional services firm in Atlanta is seeking a Data Entry Temp to assist with a short-term project involving contact migration to a new system. This is a fast-paced role that requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong Excel skills.
Pay rate: $22/hr
Schedule: Flexible hours; open to full-time or part-time (4–5 hours/day)
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Location: Hybrid or remote; onsite preferred for day one, but remote work is fully supported
Responsibilities:
- Input approximately 700+ contacts into Excel from an existing case management system
- Ensure all data is accurately entered into the correct columns and fields
- Copy/paste is acceptable, but attention to formatting and consistency is key
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure project is completed on time
- May be asked to check or clean up existing entries for duplicates or formatting issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, formatting, basic functions)
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
